Separate from the turn signal. The turn signal is the upper bulb in the housing and the parking light sits below it, so a car with a working blinker can still have a dead parking light.
AP2 cars use a 2827, an amber 5W wedge on the same W2.1x9.5d base as the 168 and 194: Honda part 33301-S2A-003, "Bulb (WY5W 12V 5W)", catalogued for 2004 to 2009 only. Some charts list 168 or 194 here; they fit the same socket and differ in wattage and glass colour.
The changeover is confirmed at model year 2004, because Honda lists the amber WY5W bulb for 2004 to 2009 only. One caveat for 2004 cars specifically: the 2004 parts diagram carries both the old and the new socket part numbers (34301-S1F-003 and 34301-S2A-003), which is the signature of a running change inside the model year. Early and late 2004 cars can differ, so check the bulb in your own housing.
