Notes and upgrade options

The upper bulb in the front housing. The parking light is a separate bulb below it.

The factory bulb is a 7440: Honda part 33303-S30-003, which Honda's own parts catalogue describes as "BULB (T20) (12V 21W) (KOITO) (SINGLE FILAMENT)(CLEAR)". A T20 single filament 21W is a W21W, which is the 7440 trade number.

Many parts store lookups and bulb charts list a 7443 for this position. A 7443 is the dual filament version of the same T20 bulb; it fits the socket and works on its main filament, so it is a workable substitute, but it is not what Honda fitted. The second filament is unused here.

If you convert to LED, expect hyperflash unless you also fit load resistors or an LED compatible flasher relay.

Single filament T20 wedge used in the reverse lights on every year, the front turn signals, and the AP2 rear turn signals. LED swaps in turn signal positions may hyperflash without a resistor or LED flasher.

Fitment is a starting point, not a guarantee. Confirm against your own car before ordering, especially if the lighting has been modified by a previous owner.
