Halogen H1, 55W from the factory, paired with the HID low beam. The color temperature mismatch between the halogen high beam and the xenon low beam is a common complaint and the usual reason owners look at upgrades here.

Avoid touching the glass envelope with bare fingers on any halogen bulb. Skin oil creates a hot spot and shortens life.
