The S2000 shipped with xenon HID low beams as standard equipment, which is unusual for the segment and era. If a low beam is out, the bulb is only one of three possible causes; the ballast and igniter are both common age related failure points and are often the real culprit on a twenty year old car. Diagnose before buying bulbs.

Do not fit an LED bulb in a D2S projector. It will not produce a correct beam pattern.

Where to buy
D2S HID Bulb
Philips, Osram or OEM equivalent
Factory low beam bulb. Replace both sides together so the colour matches.
