Two bulbs, not one. Honda specifies a 12V 5W bulb, part 34295-SD4-003 (superseding 34295-538-003), and calls for two of them in the interior lamp assembly.

Honda's catalogue gives no trade number and never uses the word festoon, so DE3022 is an enthusiast interchange rather than a Honda specification. It is the size most owners fit and it works, but check the bulb in your own car before ordering.
