AP1 cars only. The 2004 facelift replaced the tail lights with LED units, so there is no tail and brake bulb on an AP2. See the separate AP2 entry.

On AP1 cars this is a dual filament bulb handling both the running light and the brake light from one socket: Honda part 34906-ST5-003, "BULB (12V 21W/5W) (STANLEY) (DUAL FILAMENT)(CLEAR)(T20)". If the brake light works but the running light does not, or the reverse, the bulb is the likely fault rather than the wiring.

The AP1 tail lamp assemblies also take two 12V 5W wedge bulbs (Honda 34351-657-921) in addition to the two 7443s.

Dual filament wedge for the AP1 tail and brake, 2000 to 2003. AP2 tail lights are LED and take no bulb, so on a 2004 to 2009 car this position does not exist.
