There is no tail and brake bulb on an AP2. The 2004 facelift brought what Honda's own press release calls "triple beam LED taillights", and the tail and stop function is LED inside the sealed lamp unit (Honda 33501-S2A-A11 and 33551-S2A-A11).
This matters when something stops working. If an AP2 tail or brake light fails you are diagnosing the lamp assembly, the wiring or the failed light board, not replacing a bulb. Charts that list a 7443 here are carrying the AP1 figure forward.
The AP2 rear lamp does still take four bulbs, but all four are 7440s: two rear turn signals and two reverse lights.
Source: Honda parts catalogue: the 2004 to 2009 tail lamps are sealed units 33501-S2A-A11 and 33551-S2A-A11 with no tail or brake bulb anywhere in the parts diagram, and Honda's 2004 model press release describes them as triple beam LED taillights. The 7443 on forum charts is the AP1 figure carried forward.
